| Dr. Anagnostis is a clinical psychologist who completed his doctoral training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (UTSW) in 2002. His training experiences included intensive rotations in a variety of clinical settings: Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, the Dallas County Juvenile Justice Center, the UT Southwestern Psychotherapy Clinic, and the Federal Medical Center, Carswell. Dr. Anagnostis completed his Pre-Doctoral Internship at the Cystic Fibrosis Clinic at Children's Medical Center at Dallas, and upon graduation, he began a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychology at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, where he received additional training and specialization in performing psychological and nueropsychological evaluations of children and adolescents with a variety of difficulties, including attentional problems, learning disabilities, brain injuries, and psychiatric/behavioral problems. Dr. Anagnostis's primary clinical interest is in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents. Other clinical interests include anxiety and depression in adults and adolescents, life transition/adjustment issues, and sports psychology. |
